Hybeam sells products from many major manufacturers including: AFL, Corning, EXFO, JDSU/VIAVI, OCC, and Precision Rated Optics

Ellen Hunt, President

Ellen Hunt is President and co-founder of Hybeam Incorporated. During her 10 years as President, Ms. Hunt has transformed the company from a small, local Internet service provider to only one of a few woman owned fiber optic distribution and services companies. The success of the company comes from a strong belief in customer appreciation and timely delivery of products and services.

Prior to establishing Hybeam, Ms. Hunt had a long career with Fastnet, the first regional Internet Service Provider to be listed on the NASDAQ, and Vanguard Cellular one of the largest regional cellular communications company that Ellen also assisted in becoming a public company. Ellen quickly mastered the ability to lead by learning and developing marketing strategies and policies that encouraged entrepreneurship and efficient operations to achieve key company goals. Throughout her professional career, Ms. Hunt has been devoted empowering people through education, social involvement, and philanthropy.
